Founder of IAC Re-assumes Position As CEO and President

Ogden, Utah – August 26, 2008 – International Armoring Corporation (IAC) announced that Mark F. Burton, the original founder of the company will re-assume the position of CEO and President of IAC effective immediately. IAC is headquartered in Ogden, Utah and has numerous manufacturing and service facilities worldwide.

“The world market has become more and more competitive during the past five years as a result of in-country manufacturing start-ups” Mr. Burton stated. He continued: “We (IAC) have a tremendous name and reputation in the world. Our designs and technology have become the world standard. Our challenge continues to be competing in low cost manufacturing environments while differentiating our product in areas other than price”

About Mark F. Burton
Mark Burton is a graduate of Brigham Young University and former accountant with KPMG. He is a long time resident of Ogden, Utah where he has been involved with Weber State University as the former “Entrepreneur in Residence” and a regular speaker on international business, finance and entrepreneurship. He has received the Ernst and Young “Entrepreneur of the Year” award and is now an annual judge for that event. He was also the recipient of the “Financial Manager of the Year” national award from the CMA (Certified Management Accountants). He is a partner in the Utah Angels and has invested in over 20 Utah companies. He is also a real estate investor/developer with projects in Utah, Idaho, Oregon, California and North Carolina. He is married to the former Brenda Hodges (from Syracuse, Utah) and has five children.
