These highly protected vehicles will be used principally by employees of U.S. governmental contractors working in high risk areas throughout the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
Ogden, UT – May 4, 2006 – International Armoring Corporation (IAC) announced today that they have received a $7 million signed contract to manufacture armored passenger vehicles for a U.S. Government subcontractor. Some of these vehicles will be produced in the Ogden, Utah facility with the remaining units in an IAC foreign facility. All design, engineering and component preparation, for all these vehicles, will be done in the Ogden facility.
These highly protected vehicles will be used principally by employees of U.S. governmental contractors working in high risk areas throughout the Middle East and Eastern Europe. This contract is Phase I of VI contracts expected, with Phase II should be announced towards the end of June 2006.
